The Congregation of the Lasallian Sisters was founded in 1966 by the Brothers of the Christian School (La Salle) in Vietnam to take care of the needs of poor children abandoned because of the civil war in their country.

The Congregation agreed to take on the Rule, Constitution and spirituality which St. John Baptist De La Salle had given to the Brothers.

We, La Salle Sisters, in fidelity to the call of the Spirit and the charism of St. John Baptist De La Salle, consecrate ourselves to God in order to execise, by association, our apostolic ministry of education.

The Mother House is located in Vietnam. We also have establishments in Thailand, Australia and United States of America.
